Performing Parties definition

Performing Parties. As defined in Schedule 20.6(x)(B).
Performing Parties means the United States, the State, the ASARCO Trust, and potentially responsible parties who have entered into or may enter into an agreement with the United States or the State for performance of response actions at the Site.
Performing Parties means any potentially responsible parties who have entered or may enter into an agreement with the United States for performance of response action at the Site or who have been or may be ordered to perform response action at the Site.

Examples of Performing Parties in a sentence

  • At all times during the term of this Contract, Contractor and all other Performing Parties must pay the Base Wage (as adjusted in accordance with the above).

More Definitions of Performing Parties

Performing Parties means the Port and the City.

Related to Performing Parties

  • Performing Party As defined in Section 11.12.

  • Non-Performing Party The Party who is in breach of, or is otherwise failing to perform, its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Confirming Party means the party designated in the Base Contract to prepare and forward Transaction Confirmations to the other party.

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.

  • Selling Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

  • Investor Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Buyer Parties means Buyer, its respective Affiliates and the former, current or future equity holders and Representatives of each of the foregoing.

  • Providing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 11.

  • Settling Party means any one of, and “Settling Parties” means all of, the parties to the Stipulation, namely Defendants and Plaintiffs (on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class).

  • Financing Party means any and all Persons, or the agents or trustees representing them, providing senior or subordinated debt or tax equity financing or refinancing (including letters of credit, bank guaranties or other credit support).

  • Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).

  • Applicable Parties has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(c).

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • Contributing Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

  • Disputing Parties means the claimant and the respondent;

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Representing Party A Person that has transferred Mortgage Loans, directly or through one or more intermediaries, to the Trustee pursuant to an agreement for the sale of Mortgage Loans pursuant to which a Representing Party has made representations and warranties with respect to certain Mortgage Loans, and under which the Trustee, its successors and assigns has recourse against such Representing Party for any breach thereunder with respect to such Mortgage Loans.

  • Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(c).

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Consenting Party means a Party who agrees to participate in and pay its share of the cost of an Exclusive Operation.

  • Affected Parties means independent firms described in Article 2 that create a multiple employer workplace;

  • Non-Controlling Party means, at any time, any Trustee, Liquidity Provider or other Person which is not the Controlling Party at such time.
