Performance Weeks definition

Performance Weeks means six (6) out of seven (7) consecutive days, commencing with Monday and ending Sunday. One (1) day in each Rehearsal and Performance Week shall be designated as the Free Day.

Examples of Performance Weeks in a sentence

  • During Performance Weeks the twenty-four (24) hour consecutive time period shall be counted from twelve (12) hours after the close of the last preceding performance.

  • During all Rehearsal and Performance Weeks, NBT will post on the aforementioned call board, and email to each ARTIST, the complete individual ARTIST schedule no later than two (2) working days (including the day that the schedule is posted) in advance of the schedule.

  • Should ARTIST opt out of Rehearsal and/or Performance Week(s), the EMPLOYER shall grant ARTIST the ability use some or all of any remaining sick days for personal reasons, after which ARTIST’S weekly compensation shall be reduced on a pro-rata basis.

  • The week including opening night and the prior week shall be defined as Mixed Weeks; the prior weeks shall be defined as Rehearsal Weeks; and the weeks after the Mixed Weeks shall be defined as Performance Weeks.

  • During all rehearsal and Performance Weeks, the complete and detailed individual ARTIST’s schedule, including costume fittings, notification of dress/technical rehearsal make-up, hair, costume, and shoe requirements shall be posted by 12:15 PM (twelve fifteen) two (2) ARTIST’s Working Days in advance of the costume fitting, rehearsal and/or Performance.

  • If the ARTIST is guaranteed not less than one (1) full Performance Week, then the EMPLOYER shall have the right, on two (2) weeks prior notice, to engage the ARTIST for not more than three (3) consecutive days in the week immediately preceding or succeeding any such guaranteed full Performance Week at a pro rata amount of the ARTIST’s agreed upon weekly compensation for Performance Weeks calculated on the basis of one-sixth (1/6th) thereof for each such day in such week.

  • During Performance Weeks the twenty-four (24) hour consecutive time period shall be from thirteen (13) hours after the close of the last preceding performance.

  • In the event that Artist is required to work beyond the limit of Work Hours defined in SECTION VI.A Rehearsal Weeks and SECTION VI.B Performance Weeks, the Artist will be paid Overtime compensation in addition to their regular compensation as follows: Overtime compensation is the ARTIST’S actual weekly compensation divided by thirty (30), times one and one half (P/2).

  • If the ARTIST shall be guaranteed not less than one (1) full Performance Week, then the EMPLOYER shall have the right, on six (6) weeks prior notice, to engage the ARTIST for not more than three (3) consecutive days in the week immediately preceding or succeeding any such guaranteed full Performance Week at a pro rata amount of the ARTIST’s agreed upon weekly compensation for Performance Weeks calculated on the basis of one-fifth (1/5th) thereof for each such day in such week.

  • That portion of Rehearsal and/or Performance Weeks during which an ARTIST Guests shall be included within the period of that ARTIST’S Guaranteed Employment.

Related to Performance Weeks

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.
