Performance Warranty definition

Performance Warranty means a warranty of the type described in section 34-32.5- 117 (2).
Performance Warranty shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
Performance Warranty means the warranted percentages of out as set forth in Clause xyz of the Warranty as attached as Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Performance Warranty

Performance Warranty is defined in Section 5.4(a).
Performance Warranty is as follows:
Performance Warranty shall have the meaning, including the exclusions and exclusive remedy, set forth Article 9 of this Agreement.
Performance Warranty. USi warrants that: (a) work performed to complete any Product Schedule will be performed by qualified personnel in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with the prevailing standards of the industry; and (b) it will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete each Product Schedule.
