Performance Testing Environment definition

Performance Testing Environment means an optional, dedicated and secured environment of the Ascendon System separate and distinct from the Sandbox Environment and Production Environment whereby Customer can execute performance testing (i.e., stress testing or high volume transaction tests) against the Ascendon Web Services. Performance Testing is defined in Section 5.2 of this Exhibit.
Performance Testing Environment means an optional, dedicated and secured environment of the Content Direct System separate and distinct from the Sandbox Environment and Production Environment whereby Customer can execute performance testing (i.e., stress testing or high volume transaction tests) against the Content Direct Web Services.
Performance Testing Environment means an optional, dedicated and secured environment of the Ascendon System separate and distinct from the *** *********** and ********** *********** whereby Customer can execute Performance Testing (as defined in Section 5 of this EXHIBIT A-6) against the Ascendon *** ********.

Examples of Performance Testing Environment in a sentence

  • Customer acknowledges that, without the Parties mutually agreeing to the creation of, and terms governing, a Performance Testing Environment, any conduct of Performance Testing within the Production Environment or Sandbox Environment is a breach of this Exhibit and the Agreement and can adversely affect the Ascendon System, which may also affect third parties.

  • In support of Customer’s performance and testing activities, Customer may request in writing that CSG make available a Performance Testing Environment.

  • If during the Term CSG provides Customer access to a Performance Testing Environment, Customer shall pay CSG $15,000 for up to thirty (30) days access to such Performance Testing Environment.

  • Customer acknowledges that the Content Direct System shall not include the telecommunications connections to and from the Internet, the Compatible Interfaces (as defined below), the Customer Site and, if provisioned, a Performance Testing Environment.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, the Performance Testing Environment shall be provided by CSG to Customer for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.

  • If Customer decides to use the Performance Testing Environment for less than thirty (30) days, the monthly access fee shall not be prorated.

  • The Performance Testing Environment will be configured as set forth in an SOW executed by the Parties.

Related to Performance Testing Environment

  • Performance Tests means all tests meant to ensure that the Plant(s)/Unit(s) is/are in all respects in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and that the Plant functions properly and smoothly, in all respects as per the approved design parameters, within the permissible tolerances, and satisfies all the stipulated operating parameters, and will include the Guarantee Tests.

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Operating Environment means, collectively, the platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.

  • S&P CDO Monitor Test A test that will be satisfied on any date of determination (following receipt, at any time on or after the S&P CDO Monitor Election Date, by the Issuer and the Collateral Administrator of the Class Break-even Default Rates for each S&P CDO Monitor input file (in accordance with the definition of “Class Break-even Default Rate”)) if, after giving effect to a proposed sale or purchase of an additional Collateral Obligation, the Class Default Differential of the Highest Ranking Class of the Proposed Portfolio is positive. The S&P CDO Monitor Test will be considered to be improved if the Class Default Differential of the Proposed Portfolio that is not positive is greater than the corresponding Class Default Differential of the Current Portfolio.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".
