The CEO selects and invites these senior leaders to join the Performance Team. “Plan” -- Any IBM Long-Term Performance Plan. “Termination of Employment” -- For the purposes of determining when you cease to be an employee for the cancellation of any Award, a Participant will be deemed to be terminated if the Participant is no longer employed by IBM or a subsidiary corporation that employed the Participant when the Award was granted unless approved by a method designated by those administering the Plan.
