Performance Sharing Plan definition

Performance Sharing Plan means The Southern Company Performance Sharing Plan, as such plan existed prior to June 21, 2002.
Performance Sharing Plan means The Southern Company Performance Sharing Plan, as amended from time to time.
Performance Sharing Plan means The Southern Company Performance Sharing Plan, as amended from time to time prior to its merger into the Savings Plan.
