Examples of Performance Share Awards in a sentence

  • Performance Share Awards may not be assigned, transferred (other than by will or the laws of descent and distribution), pledged or hypothecated (whether by operation of law or otherwise) or otherwise conveyed or encumbered, and shall not be subject to execution, attachment or similar process.

  • Performance Share Awards may be forfeited for Misconduct as defined in the Plan, and the Corporation may demand repayment of amounts received on or after the date of the Misconduct.

  • The Corporation makes no guarantees regarding the tax treatment of your Award and the tax consequences of Performance Share Awards vary, depending on the country’s laws that govern this Performance Share Award.

  • Beneficiary designations for deferred Performance Share Awards are made under the terms of the Deferred Compensation Plan II.

  • The Board or the Committee may but shall not be required to request the written recommendation of the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation other than with respect to Plan Share Awards and/or Performance Share Awards to be granted to him.
