Examples of Performance Share Awards in a sentence

  • Participants shall have no voting rights with respect to shares of Stock represented by Performance Share Awards until the date of the issuance of such shares, if any (as evidenced by the appropriate entry on the books of the Company or of a duly authorized transfer agent of the Company).

Related to Performance Share Awards

  • Performance Share Award means an Award entitling the recipient to acquire shares of Stock upon the attainment of specified Performance Goals.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).
