Performance Rebates definition

Performance Rebates means, if stipulated in the Order Form, the rebate of the Fees by Oban to Customer if it fails to reach the Service Levels which apply to the provision of the Support Services. "Permitted Purpose", for a party, means to exercise its rights, and to comply with its obligations, under this Agreement.
