Performance Policy definition

Performance Policy means the Board of Education of the City of Chicago’s School Performance, Remediation and Probation Policy, 12-0725-PO2, establishing standards and criteria for placing a school on Remediation or Probation for the 2012-2013 school year based on assessments administered in Spring 2012 and other performance data from prior school years. The score and status are determined by evaluating key indicators that assess a school’s current performance, trend over time and student growth.

  • The performance reporting, monitoring, evaluation and management of the CAHS in relation to the terms of this Agreement is as prescribed in the Performance Policy Framework and PMP.

Related to Performance Policy

  • Performance Compensation Award means any Award designated by the Committee as a Performance Compensation Award pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.

  • Performance Report has the meaning set out in clause 8.2;

  • Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.
