In order to affect an improvement trajectory in response times performance, the NAS has developed a Performance Improvement Action Plan which has identified the need to accelerate the implementation of segregation of services in conjunction with the full implementation of the PHECC EMS Priority Dispatch (see Appendix I) and Inter Facility Patient Transfer Standards.
