Performance Improvement Action Plan definition

Performance Improvement Action Plan means a comprehensive strategic work plan developed to address a variety of utility management issues, with the aim of improving the utility’s performance and enabling the utility to achieve its short-term and medium-term objectives; “Performance Improvement Action Plans” means all such plans.
Performance Improvement Action Plan means the action plan to improve the Project Implementing Entity’s performance, under Part 2.2(a) of the Project, to be adopted and disclosed in accordance with terms of reference, and in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, as referred to in Section I.A(6) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and Section I.A(3) of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.
Performance Improvement Action Plan or “PIAP” means each of the agreements approved and signed between FIPAG and each ROC, including a minimum content acceptable to the Association to be included in the Verification Protocol and the POM.
