Performance Fee Valuation Day definition

Performance Fee Valuation Day means the last Business Day of each calendar year
Performance Fee Valuation Day means, in respect of each Performance Period, the last Valuation Day of the relevant Performance Period.

  • A performance fee will be payable to the Investment Manager if the Net Asset Value per Share (as defined below), calculated on the relevant Performance Fee Valuation Day, is greater than the Base Net Asset Value per Share (as defined below).

  • Performance fee represented 10% of the net increase in the Net Asset Value per share at the Performance Fee Valuation Day as defined in the agreement.

  • If it exceeds that higher of (a) the net asset value per unit of that class on the date of the initial issue of units; and (b) the net asset value per unit of that class as at the Performance Fee Valuation Day of the preceding performance period in respect of which a performance fee was last paid, a performance fee accrual will be made.

  • The minimum fee for the first twelve months is set at EUR 100,000.00.In addition, any delegated portfolio manager may, as set out in the relevant portfolio management agreement, receive a performance fee of up to 20% of the positive difference (if any) between:• The total net assets of the Segment (after accruals of all fees except performance fees) as of the Performance Fee Valuation Day, and• The Target Net Asset Value.

Related to Performance Fee Valuation Day

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • Valuation Day means any day on which Repo Custodian is open for business.

  • Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Performance Fee means the fee payable to the Advisor under certain circumstances if certain performance standards have been met and the Subordinated Incentive Fee has not been paid.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Exercise Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Exercise Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non-waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).

  • Calculation Day means any Index Business Day during the Calculation Period on which a Market Disruption Event has not occurred.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).
