Performance equity definition

Performance equity means a grant of a specified number of Units in the Company upon the attainment of one or more performance goals during a performance period established by the Company, as provided in Paragraph 16.
Performance equity means and refer to Performance Direct Investments II, L.P. and ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Chase Bank, N.A., as trustee for First Plaza Group Trust, solely for the benefit of pools PMI-127, 128, 129 and 130.
