Performance Determination Date definition
Performance Determination Date means the date at which the commission renders a written decision on the success of the project in meeting the goals and objectives established in the loan, research contract, or grant.
Performance Determination Date is the earlier to occur of (i) the third anniversary of the Grant Date, and (ii) the date of a Change in Control.
