Performance / Compliance definition

Performance / Compliance means the performance, durability, stability, reliability and/or safety of the Vehicle and the compliance of the Vehicle with all relevant Statutory Enactments (including all relevant Australian Design Rules).

  • The IPS will annually, or more frequently if requested, submit to Criminal Justice Governance (Performance & Compliance) a report on its Children First compliance2 for the year in question.

  • Copies of the policy and register will be provided to Criminal Justice Performance & Compliance.

  • However, any complaints of a serious nature will be notified to Performance & Compliance at the earliest opportunity.

  • The Inspectorate will, on request, provide to Criminal Justice Performance & Compliance a summary of the number and nature of data breaches that it has reported to the Data 2 As a small agency funded under the Justice Vote (Vote 24), it is not considered necessary or practicable for the Inspectorate to have its own Internal Audit Unit or its own Audit/ Risk Committee.
