A more detailed definition of the scope of performance of the aforementioned Subject of Performance Change, including a description of individual items, time requirements and fees, as well as other binding conditions for the performance of the Subject of Performance Change, including the schedule and payment terms, are contained in Annex 1 to this Amendment.
