Performance Bonus Pool definition

Performance Bonus Pool means 2% of Net Income for the Performance Period divided by the number of whole and partial years in the Performance Period.
Performance Bonus Pool means the pool of funds available for payment of Performance Bonuses as described in clause 15.2 (Salary Progression Pool and Performance Bonus Pool. Previous EPA means agreement entitled “Hydro Tasmania-Electric Corporation Enterprise Partnership Agreement 2006-2008” dated 1 August 2006 between Hydro Tasmania, each Union and the members of each Union together with any previous enterprise partnership agreement entered into prior to that date. Examples of Performance Bonus Pool in a sentence

  • The CEO, President and Executive Vice President shall be eligible to participate in a Performance Bonus Pool for Senior Executives (the “Bonus Pool”) each year during the Term of Employment.

  • The Executive shall be eligible to participate in a Performance Bonus Pool for Senior Executives (the “Bonus Pool”) each year during the Term of Employment.

  • The Executive, President and Executive Vice President shall be eligible to participate in a Performance Bonus Pool for Senior Executives (the “Bonus Pool”) each year during the Term of Employment.

  • For every one (1) kilogram of material underweight variance from standard, $0.60 will be credited to the Performance Bonus Pool.

  • Upon payment into the Performance Bonus Pool, Executive shall have the opportunity to allocate such Performance Bonus Pool among the members of Employer’s senior management at his discretion, provided that all funds paid to the Performance Bonus Pool must be distributed by December 31 of the year in which payment is made into the Performance Bonus Pool.

Related to Performance Bonus Pool

  • Performance Bonus means the performance bonus in respect of each Class payable to the General Partner by the Partnership which will be equal to 20% of the product of: (a) the number of Units of that Class outstanding on the Performance Bonus Date; and (b) the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit of that Class on the Performance Bonus Date (prior to giving effect to the Performance Bonus) plus the aggregate value of any distributions per Unit of that Class during the Performance Bonus Term exceeds $28.00.

  • Bonus Pool means the pool of funds available for distribution to Participants. Subject to the terms of the Plan, the Committee establishes the Bonus Pool for each Performance Period.

  • Incentive Bonus means a bonus opportunity awarded under Section 9 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement.

  • Performance Compensation Award means any Award designated by the Committee as a Performance Compensation Award pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.

  • Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.
