Performance Bonus Allocation definition
Performance Bonus Allocation means the entitlement to an additional distribution of cash of the General Partner on the Performance Bonus Allocation Date equal to 20% of the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit on the Performance Bonus Allocation Date (excluding the effect of distributions, if any) (i) of any Class A Unit exceeds $26.50 or (ii) of any Class F Unit exceeds $27.48, in each case multiplied by the number of Units of such class outstanding at the Performance Bonus Allocation Date.
Performance Bonus Allocation means the entitlement to an additional distribution of cash by the General Partner on the Performance Bonus Allocation Date equal to 20% of the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit on the Performance Bonus Allocation Date (excluding the effect of distributions, if any) exceeds $28.00, multiplied by the number of Units outstanding at the Performance Bonus Allocation Date.
Performance Bonus Allocation means the entitlement to an additional distribution of cash by the General Partner on the Performance Bonus Allocation Date equal to 20% of the amount by which the Net Asset Value per Unit of any class of Units on the Performance Bonus Allocation Date (excluding the effect of distributions, if any) (i) of any Class A Unit of either the National Class Units or the Québec Class Units exceeds $28.00 or (ii) of any Class F Unit of either the National Class Units or the Québec Class Units exceeds $29.00, in each case multiplied by the number of Units of such class outstanding at the Performance Bonus Allocation Date.
