Performance Attainment Factor definition

Performance Attainment Factor means the factor set forth below that is determined based on the extent to which the Software Revenue Target for the corresponding Performance Period was attained. The Software Revenue Targets for each of the Performance Periods shall be communicated separately to the Participant.
Performance Attainment Factor means a percentage that represents the extent to which a Performance Goal has been achieved during a given Performance Period. This factor is used to determine the number of PSUs that become eligible for vesting based on the level of attainment of the Performance Goals, as determined by the Compensation Committee.
Performance Attainment Factor means the factor set forth below that is determined based on the extent to which the Software Revenue Target for the corresponding Performance Period was attained. The Software Revenue Targets for each of the Performance Periods shall be communicated separately to the Participant. Examples of Performance Attainment Factor in a sentence

  • The Performance Attainment Factor shall be determined by reference to the intersection of the Operating Income Percentage and Revenue in the table below, measured as of the end of the Performance Period, with performance in between the identified attainment performance attainment level (i.e., Performance Attainment Factor percentage attainment) determined by interpolation on a linear basis.

  • The calculation of the Earned PSUs, the Performance Attainment Factor, and the Stock Price CAGR shall be determined by the Committee after the end of each Performance Period.
