Performance Act definition

Performance Act means any person or group of persons engaged in the act of singing, rapping, dancing, playing musical instruments, and/or acting for an audience or group of patrons.

Examples of Performance Act in a sentence

  • The Child Support Performance Act of 1998 and 45 CFR 305 requires incentive payments to be based on the states’ performance.
