Perforation definition

Perforation means a hole made in the casing, cement, and formation through which formation fluids enter a wellbore.
Perforation and perforate means to create holes in the casing or liner to achieve efficient communication between the reservoir and the wellbore.
Perforation means that at least 15% of the paved surface shall be broken for the complete depth of the bituminous material. Perforations shall be at least 100mm in diameter. The perforations shall be undertaken in such a way that there is at least 1 perforation in approximately every square metre of paved area.
