Perenco definition

Perenco means Perenco Oil and Gas International Limited, the subsidiary of a French oil and gas company holding 17.5% of Baripetrol;
Perenco has the meaning set forth in the initial paragraph of the Agreement.
Perenco has the meaning given to it in the Recitals.
