Percentage Charge definition

Percentage Charge consisting of the sum of the amounts derived by multiplying the following percentages times the aggregate balance of the Funding Accounts as of the immediately preceding January 31:
Percentage Charge means the percentage charge payable on the excess value calculated in accordance with the rates specified.

  • LTM Fee Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.2(c).
