Percentage Charge definition

Percentage Charge consisting of the sum of the amounts derived by multiplying the following percentages times the aggregate balance of the Funding Accounts as of the immediately preceding January 31: (i) 0.535% of the first $400 million of the aggregate balance; (ii) 0.530% of the next $100 million of the balance; (iii) 0.520% of the next $500 million of the balance; (iv) 0.500% of the next $500 million of the balance; (v) 0.485% of the next $500 million of the balance; and (vi) 0.470% of the balance in excess of $2 billion.
Percentage Charge means the percentage charge payable on the excess value calculated in accordance with the rates specified.
