PER-KILOGRAM PRICE definition
PER-KILOGRAM PRICE means ****** for each kilogram of Formulated TIMERx sold hereunder during the three years following the Effective Date, and shall mean, for each kilogram sold thereafter, such ******, subject to upward adjustment if mutually agreed by the parties (which agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld), taking into account changes in the Chemical Producers' Index since the Effective Date.
