Per GPU License definition

Per GPU License means a license that allows concurrent authorized users to use the SOFTWARE in a single GPU under the license, and in some cases the SKU or documentation will indicate the maximum number of concurrent authorized users or virtual machines per GPU.
Per GPU License means a Floating License that enables machines located within a five (5) mile radius to request access to the Licensed Software from the host license server. Each machine may have one or more GPUs, and a license is required per each GPU. The terms set forth in this DGX-1 Cloud Subscription Supplement (“Supplement”) govern (a) your use of certain Licensed Software licensed and associated services provided to you for use with the NVIDIA DGX-1 appliance (“Product”) under the terms of your end user license agreement (“▇▇▇▇”) as modified by this Supplement, and (b) other software that you are permitted to access and use and activities that you are permitted to do as described below. This Supplement is an exhibit to the ▇▇▇▇ and is hereby incorporated as an integral part thereto. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the ▇▇▇▇. In the event of conflict between the terms in this Supplement and the terms in the ▇▇▇▇, this Supplement shall control. The Cloud Subscription will be accessed from NVIDIA’s website with the primary domain name at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Access to the Cloud Subscription requires internet and such access will be available from NVIDIA during your Cloud Subscription period (unless your license is earlier terminated in accordance with the ▇▇▇▇). Each Cloud Subscription, including the Licensed Software and related services, will be associated with a single Product unit. Multiple Product units require an equivalent number of Cloud Subscriptions. All Licensed Software delivered under the ▇▇▇▇ and this Supplement is licensed for use with Products only.

The quantity of tokens required for a given use of the DS Offering is determined in the Product Portfolio and/or in the Documentation, and may be changed in the event of modifications to such DS Offering. Pool of tokens of same type can be accessed and used simultaneously by one or several authorized Users and/or Extended Enterprise Users and/or Machines, as applicable within the limit of the number of available tokens.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
