Penthouses definition

Penthouses means residential penthouses to be established by the developer in the exercise of its real right of extension and in respect of the 49th to 56th levels of the building;
Penthouses means those certain estates above surface located above the surface of the Land and more particularly described on Exhibit Z-1 hereto.
