Examples of Pentest in a sentence

  • The number of Pentest Audit allowed shall be limited to a maximum of one time per month.

  • It is agreed that because of the proprietary nature of the Service, Pentest- ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Parties’ remedies at law for a breach by You of its obligations under this Service Agreement will be inadequate and that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Parties shall, in the event of such breach, be entitled to, in addition to any other remedy available to it, equitable relief, including injunctive relief, without the posting of any bond and in addition to all other remedies provided under this Service Agreement or available at law.

  • The warranty given by Pentest People in this paragraph is exclusive of and in lieu of all other conditions, terms and warranties, statutory or otherwise, either express or implied, including without limitation those relating to satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose.

  • Client further acknowledges that the structure, organisation, and code of the Software are the valuable trade secrets of Pentest People and/or its licensors.
