The Purchaser will procure that, as soon as practicable after the Netherlands SFP Transfer Date and in any event within ninety (90) days thereof, the Netherlands Pension Actuary calculates the amount of the Netherlands SFP Deficit and notifies Guilbert Netherlands, the Purchaser and the Seller of this amount in writing, which notification will be accompanied by all information necessary for the Seller to verify the calculation.
