Penpol Terrace Option definition
Penpol Terrace Option means the Pedestrian Bridge which may be provided by the Owner pursuant to Clause 0 (No development of any residential unit comprised in the Development shall Commence until the Owner has paid to the Council the sum of £5,400 (subject to BCI Indexation) to be expended by the Council for primary health care purposes within the local area.
