Controlled Penetration Tests Means a type of Assessment that tests the vulnerability of Systems to unauthorized external interventions or improper uses.
These Penetration Tests shall be carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
The Client declares and guarantees to OVHcloud that all the conditions for conducting the Penetration Tests stipulated herein will be respected, including by the auditor who acts under the full responsibility of the Client.
The Client is authorised to carry out penetration tests on the Services (hereinafter "Penetration Test(s)") by itself or by a duly appointed third party auditor of its choice.

The Client is solely responsible for the consequences of Penetration Tests on Services and Content.
The Client may carry out penetration tests on the non-mutualized Services (the "Penetration Test(s)") under the conditions set out below.
Penetration Tests must exclusively conducted on the Services used by the Client, and must not: (a) target elements and Infrastructures other than those used exclusively by the Client (in particular OVHcloud's Infrastructures, networks and shared services); (b) disrupt the proper operation of the Services, OVHcloud's Infrastructures and networks or have any impact whatsoever on Services provided to other Clients.
