Pending Redemptions definition
Pending Redemptions means, as of any Business Day, the amount owing to the Fund in respect of any order or instruction by the Fund to redeem any Investment of the Fund which has not been satisfied as of such Business Day, to the extent that such Investment (or the portion thereof to be redeemed) is not included in the Portfolio Value.
