pending project definition
pending project means a project for an eligible entity seeking a loan participation by the Authority that has been approved for submission to the New Mexico Legislature for approval as required by § 6-25-6 NMSA 1978 prior to receiving detailed analysis and final approval by the Authority;
pending project means a land use application that has been accepted by the community development department as complete before the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be processed in compliance with the requirements in effect when the application was accepted as complete by the city.
