Pending Permits definition

Pending Permits means all material Permits (excluding short-term temporary Permits) that are required to be obtained by the Company or its Subsidiaries for the development, construction, ownership or operation of the Project Assets that have not been granted or issued.

Examples of Pending Permits in a sentence

  • Except for the Issued Permits and the Pending Permits, to Seller's Knowledge, no other Permits are necessary to conduct the business of the Company as currently conducted or as proposed to be conducted, except as set forth on SCHEDULE 2.9C.
