Pending Orders definition

Pending Orders means customer orders for OraQuick® Product received by Abbott or its Affiliates pursuant to any OraQuick® Contract and which have not been shipped as of the Termination Date.
Pending Orders means those of Seller's customer purchase orders identified in Exhibit B as "open sales orders".

Examples of Pending Orders in a sentence

  • The Client may change the expiration date of Pending Orders or delete or modify a Pending Order before it is executed.

  • However, the Company may delete one or all Pending Orders if the Trading Account Equity reaches zero.

  • Pending Orders, not executed, shall remain effective through the next trading session (as applicable).

  • The following types of Pending Orders are available: Buy Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Limit and Sell Stop.
