Pending motion definition
Pending motion means a motion described in JR7-1-307.
Pending motion means that a Motion has been stated by the Chair to be dealt with by Council or Committee in due course;
Pending Litigation means a proceeding in a court of law whose activity is in progress but not yet completed.
DIP Motion means a motion to be filed by the Debtors with the Bankruptcy Court seeking Bankruptcy Court approval of the DIP Facility, which motion shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Parties.
Pending means existing immediately before this Act came into operation; and
Pending Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6 hereof.
Sale Motion means the motion or motions of Sellers filed with the Bankruptcy Court seeking approval and entry of the Sale Order.
