The reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including reasonable and documented attorneys’ fees) of collection, in any case, whether incurred by any Pledgor, the Administrative Agent or any Secured Party, shall be paid by the Pledgors.
Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).
Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form accepted by the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.
Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;
Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Advance shipment notice means an electronic notification used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as passive radio frequency identification (RFID) or item unique identification (IUID) information, order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment.
