Pending Expenditures definition
Pending Expenditures means any outstanding authorization for expenditure or other written commitment to drill ▇▇▇▇▇ or to incur capital expenditures for other operations in respect of the Properties that individually exceeds Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) (net to Seller) per authorization or commitment.
