Pending Development definition

Pending Development means Projected Residential Property and Projected Non-Residential Property for which (i) a Compliance Letter has been requested, (ii) building permits have recently been issued that were located on Assessor’s Parcels that were not included in a previously-issued Compliance Letter, or (iii) building permits have recently been issued for Assessor’s Parcels that were included in a previously-issued Compliance Letter that has been nullified pursuant to Section D.1., because the Projected Residential Property and Projected Non-Residential Property delineated in the actual building permits for such Assessor’s Parcels are not consistent with the development listed in the previously-issued Compliance Letter.
Pending Development means a residential development for which an application for a first approval was deemed complete by the County on or before the effective date of Ordinance # 04185 amending this Chapter, so long as the number of dwellings does not increase after the first approval.
Pending Development. 9 means any energy facilities for which an application for a certificate has been filed with and determined complete by the Site Evaluation Committee.

Examples of Pending Development in a sentence

  • The notice of the existence of a Pending Development shall remain confidential to such Holder until such information otherwise becomes public, unless disclosure by the Holder is required by law and provided that notwithstanding such Holder’s agreement to keep such information confidential, each such Holder makes no acknowledgment that any such information is material.

  • Each Pending Development Plan, if consummated could result in the expansion of the Service Area.

  • Buyer and the Municipality acknowledge that from the time of the Effective Date, the Municipality shall continue to administer, and perform its duties and responsibilities with respect to the Pending Development Plans set forth on Schedule 4.19.

Related to Pending Development

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Substantial development means any development of which the total cost or fair market value exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars, or any development which materially interferes with the normal public use of the water or shorelines of the state; except that the following shall not be considered substantial developments for the purpose of this chapter:
