Pencom definition

Pencom means the commission established under the Borrower’s National Pension Commission Act No. 2 of 2004 for purposes of regulation and supervision of pension matters, and referred to as Implementation Agency I for purposes of Project implementation;
Pencom is changed to mean "PSW" wherever it appears in the Agreement.
