PEMIs definition

PEMIs means any amount of Interest which is payable by the Borrower for a period from the first Date of Disbursement upto the Pre-EMI End Date, as more particularly provided for in Clause 2A (Additional Terms Applicable to Loans For Purchasing Under-Construction Property/Interest Servicing Loans) below [This definition is applicable only in case of Housing Loan];
