Pellet Plant definition

Pellet Plant means a completed taconite pellet production plant located on the Nashwauk Project Site with a capacity of producing at least 6.5 mmpta of finished, saleable taconite pellets, and includes the concentrator at the Nashwauk Project Site to the extent it could constitute a separate plant of Mesabi.
