PEG access support fee definition

PEG access support fee means the amount paid under this Chapter and 220 ILCS 5/21-801(d) by the holder to the City for the service areas within its territorial jurisdiction.
PEG access support fee means the amount paid pursuant to this Chapter and 220 ILCS 5/21-801(d) by a holder to the City for the service area(s) within the corporate limits thereof.
PEG access support fee means the amount paid under this Sec. 22.5-213 and 220 ILCS 5/21-801(d) by the holder to the City for the service areas within its territorial jurisdiction.

Examples of PEG access support fee in a sentence

  • The payment of the PEG access support fee shall be due on a quarterly basis, forty-five (45) days after the close of the calendar quarter.

  • The holder shall pay the PEG access support fee to the City or to the entity designated by the City to manage PEG access.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF.   • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Tier 2 Support means the Esri Technical Support provided to the Tier 1 Help Desk when a Case cannot be resolved through Tier 1 Support.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Basic life support means emergency first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures to maintain life without invasive techniques.

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • Crew Support Costs means all expenses of a general nature which are not particularly referable to any individual vessel for the time being managed by the Managers and which are incurred by the Managers for the purpose of providing an efficient and economic management service and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall include the cost of crew standby pay, training schemes for officers and ratings, cadet training schemes, sick pay, study pay, recruitment and interviews.

  • Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • User Interface means the interface for the Hosted Services designed to allow individual human users to access and use the Hosted Services.
