PEF Code definition

PEF Code means the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of 1972, 20 Pa. C.S.A. §101 et seq., as amended from time to time.
PEF Code means the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code as found in 20 Pa. C.S.A. § 101, et seq., as shall be amended from time to time.
