Peer Set definition

Peer Set means the U.S.-listed alternative asset managers set forth in Schedule F from time to time, each having (i) substantial activity in more than one private market asset class, (ii) a market capitalization of at least $1.5 billion and (iii) coverage by three or more equity research analysts. The Parties shall review the Peer Set annually and use commercially reasonable efforts to update the Peer Set in good faith.
Peer Set means, each of the following companies: Ashford Hospitality Trust Host Hotels & Resorts RLJ Lodging Trust Chesapeake Lodging Trust LaSalle Hotels Strategic Hotels & Resorts FelCor Lodging Pebblebrook Hotel Trust Sunstone Hotel Investors If any of such companies ceases to exist at any time during the Performance Cycle, then the Administrator shall make a determination whether to retain the then-remaining Peer Set with such adjustment as the Administrator shall determine or whether to add another company with appropriate adjustment to the calculation of the TSR Multiplier set forth herein.
Peer Set means, each of the following companies: Apple Hospitality REIT Chatham Lodging Trust RLJ Lodging Trust Host Hotels & Resorts Sunstone Hotel Investors Xenia Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Park Hotel & Resorts Pebblebrook Hotel Trust Ryman Hospitality Properties Summit Hotel Properties If any of such companies ceases to exist at any time during the TSR Performance Cycle, then the Administrator shall make a determination whether to retain the then-remaining Peer Set with such adjustment as the Administrator shall determine or whether to add another company with appropriate adjustment to the calculation of the TSR Multiplier set forth herein.

Related to Peer Set

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Peer review means evaluation of professional services rendered by a professional practitioner.

  • Peer Companies means the following companies which remain publicly traded throughout the entire TSR Measurement Period: AbbVie GlaxoSmithKline Amgen Johnson & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ AstraZeneca Merck Biogen Novartis Celgene Pfizer ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Gilead Sciences Sanofi Companies that were publicly traded as of the Award Date but are no longer publicly traded as of the end of the TSR Measurement Period shall be excluded, except that companies that are no longer publicly traded as of the end of the TSR Measurement Period due to filing for bankruptcy prior to the end of the TSR Measurement Period shall be assigned a Total Shareholder Return of -100% for the TSR Measurement Period. In the case of a merger or acquisition involving two Peer Companies during the TSR Measurement Period, the acquiree or merged company, as the case may be, shall be removed from the list of Peer Companies, and the acquirer or successor company, as the case may be, shall remain on the list of Peer Companies. In the case of a spinoff involving a Peer Company during the TSR Measurement Period, such company shall remain on the list of Peer Companies, provided that it remains an appropriate peer. Any new company formed as a result of the spinoff shall not be added to the list of Peer Companies for the current TSR Measurement Period (however, such company may be added to the list of Peer Companies for subsequent awards, if the Committee deems such inclusion appropriate). For the avoidance of doubt, following the closing of the Company’s acquisition of Celgene Corporation (“Celgene”), Celgene shall be has been removed from the list of Peer Companies.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
