Peer Reviewer or "peer review committee" means an individual design professional or a committee of design professionals retained, employed, designated or appointed by:
Peer Reviewer means an Arizona Certified Home Inspector performing peer review inspections for a home inspector subject to Board ordered discipline so that inspector can fulfill the terms of the ordered discipline. A Peer Reviewer shall be in good standing with the Board and shall not have received any disciplinary action from the Board within the preceding three years. The Peer Reviewer shall have been continuously certified by the Board as a home inspector for at least five years and shall have conducted at least 250 fee-paid home inspections in the State of Arizona. The Arizona Certified Home Inspec- tor subject to Board ordered discipline shall provide the Board with a signed Affidavit from the Peer Reviewer affirming that the Peer Reviewer has met these criterion at the conclusion of each peer review inspection.
Peer Reviewer means a fire safety engineer who is appointed to review and assess whether any alternative solution in plans for any fire safety works that is prepared or proposed by another person satisfies any fire performance requirements;
