PEDESTRIAN(S) definition

PEDESTRIAN(S) means any person on foot or in a WHEELCHAIR.
PEDESTRIAN(S) means, in respect of launch sites, persons on foot at launch sites who are not skippers, crew or passengers on a craft or ski-boat;
PEDESTRIAN(S) means a person who travels by foot or with a mobility assisted device e.g. a wheelchair, and matters pertaining to pedestrian movement including universal accessibility.

  • Pedestrian means any person afoot.

  • Roads means streets, roads, and highways.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Tandem parking means that two or more automobiles are parked on a driveway or in any other location on a lot, lined up behind one another.
