Peddler(s) definition
Peddler(s) means a person who is a transient trader carrying on a Business in Perth.
Peddler(s) means individuals or sole proprietorships (other than Dealers or Industrial Accounts) from which Seller has historically purchased scrap metals on an ad hoc basis in connection with the operation of the Business, or from which Buyer acquires scrap metals on an ad hoc basis following the Closing in connection with the operation of the Business.
Peddler(s) means any person who peddles as defined in this section.
