  • You will continue to participate in the Peak Saver Connected Program during the Term.

  • Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, BC Hydro will transfer all right, title and interest in and to the Equipment and all warranties associated with the Equipment to the owner of the Residence after installation is complete and you have been registered for the Peak Saver Connected Program.
