Peak Processing Period definition

Peak Processing Period means the period between November 30th of a calendar year through May 31st of the immediately following calendar year.

Examples of Peak Processing Period in a sentence

  • Following such notification, Contractor shall (i) Resolve all such Defects identified during the Peak Processing Period and (ii) perform volume testing with respect to the Integrated System.

  • Upon receipt by Client of the volume testing results evidencing that the Integrated System was able to meet the Requirements in the test environment, Client may (A) notify Contractor, in writing and as determined by Client in its sole discretion, that the Integrated System operated successfully for purposes of Final Acceptance, or (B) require that the Integrated System be Evaluated by Client during the next Peak Processing Period for purposes of Final Acceptance.

  • From the date of Initial Acceptance through the expiration of at least one (1) Peak Processing Period following Initial Acceptance, Client shall Evaluate the Integrated System to determine whether all Requirements are met when operating the Integrated System under full production conditions in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria.

  • Acceptance of the Integrated System following successful operation of the Integrated System under full production conditions in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria for a Peak Processing Period shall constitute Final Acceptance.

  • If, during the first Peak Processing Period following Initial Acceptance, the Integrated System does not meet the Requirements, Client shall notify Contractor of such failure in writing, including the details of any Defects related to the failure to achieve Final Acceptance.

  • Client shall notify Contractor, in writing, that the Integrated System operated under full production conditions in accordance with the Acceptance Criteria for a Peak Processing Period.

Related to Peak Processing Period

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Peak Period means a period between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm (WST) on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Monitoring Period means the period from the Launch Date to the Valuation Date (both dates including) at such point in time at which the Reference Price of the Underlying is determined and published..
