Peak Generation definition

Peak Generation means the Declared Sent Out Capacity (DSOC) for an Entry Point declared in an Access Contract, or where no DSOC is declared, it means the peak generation that is likely to occur at an exit point over a 12 month period as determined by the Network Operator, acting as a reasonable and prudent person.
