Peak Bandwidth Usage definition

Peak Bandwidth Usage for that month is the remaining Client sample with the highest data traffic volume. If the unlikely event that the Client’s Peak Bandwidth Usage for the month exceeds Committed Bandwidth, Client may incur a Peak Bandwidth Usage charge at a rate to be jointly agreed upon by the client and the service provider, for the amount of usage that exceeds Committed Bandwidth, or an alternative Bandwidth package will be proposed to the client.
Peak Bandwidth Usage means the amount of Internet access bandwidth used by Customer in excess of Committed Bandwidth each month, if any. IBM will measure Peak Bandwidth Usage by sampling the inbound and outbound data traffic volume between the IBM e-business Hosting Center and the Internet at five-minute intervals. The five percent (5%) of such samples with the highest data traffic volume will be discarded, and of the remaining, the sample with the highest data traffic volume will be charged as Peak Bandwidth Usage for the month.
Peak Bandwidth Usage means the amount of Internet access bandwidth used by Customer in excess of Committed Bandwidth each month, if any.

  • Peak Bandwidth Usage charges are determined by subtracting the Committed Bandwidth from the Peak Bandwidth Usage and multiplying the difference by the Peak Bandwidth Usage rate specified on an Order Form (Peak Bandwidth Usage charge = (Peak Bandwidth Usage — Committed Bandwidth) x Peak Bandwidth Usage rate).

  • By way of clarity and for illustration purposes only, if you select the 1 TB Tier of monthly bandwidth for publicly sharing your Customer Content by using the TechSmith Relay® Public Sharing Add-on (your “Committed Bandwidth”), and your average monthly bandwidth during your subscription Term is 1.5 TB, you would incur a Peak Bandwidth Usage charge as to your Peak Bandwidth Usage of ▇▇▇ ▇▇, under this example (i.e. 1.5 TB average monthly bandwidth usage - 200 GB – your Committed Bandwidth of 1.0 TB).
