If your organization’s incurs a Peak Bandwidth Usage charge, you will be billed for the Peak Bandwidth Usage charge.

By way of clarity and for illustration purposes only, if you select the 1 TB Tier of monthly bandwidth for publicly sharing your Customer Content by using the TechSmith Relay® Public Sharing Add-on (your “Committed Bandwidth”), and your average monthly bandwidth during your subscription Term is 1.5 TB, you would incur a Peak Bandwidth Usage charge as to your Peak Bandwidth Usage of ▇▇▇ ▇▇, under this example (i.e. 1.5 TB average monthly bandwidth usage - 200 GB – your Committed Bandwidth of 1.0 TB).
